Project Overview

This project is to solve the problem of overgrown foliage intrusion in greenhouses. I designed a device installed on the existing inspection robots which could detect and classify intrusion into “moderate” and “serious” states, notify the workers to trim them, and achieve obstacle avoidance. I also built a UI that shows a diagram with timestamps using different colors, indicating the incidents.
