Best time of the year is here again! Spring Festival means no school, unlimited snacks, and hanging with people I actually like. What’s not to love?

We stuck couplets on doors, my characters are still a bit wobbly but hey, it’s the thought that counts right? Mom laughed at my handwriting but put them up anyway. That’s love. ❤️

First day of the new year started with the usual red date and cloud slice cake. Red dates for sweetness and prosperity, and that fluffy white cloud cake because it sounds lucky? Honestly I just eat them because they taste good, but if they bring good fortune too I’ll take it! Been grabbing handfuls all week “for luck” obviously.

Well, walked out of that testing center feeling equal parts relieved and annoyed. You know that feeling when you finish a test and you’re pretty sure you knew most of the answers, but your brain keeps replaying all the little things you might have messed up? Yeah, that’s me right now.

Honestly? The content wasn’t even that hard. Like if you asked me to do those math problems right now with no time pressure and no bubbling anxiety, I’d crush them. Reading section? Fine. Grammar? Got it. But somehow I always manage to lose points to the dumbest stuff. Reading too fast and missing that one word that changes everything. Solving a whole math problem correctly then bubbling in the wrong answer. Classic me. 😩

Hongkong/Macau trip

Guess who’s actually blogging about a trip while it’s happening? Funny story, last year around this exact time I was in Australia having the most amazing adventure ever… and I didn’t blog a single word about it until way later. Total fail. 😅

But this time I’m doing it right! Currently sitting in a tiny coffee shop in Hong Kong watching the city outside the window and it’s just hustle and bustle in the best way. The energy here is NEXT LEVEL. Neon signs everywhere, people rushing, amazing smells coming from every corner. Had the best dumplings of my life from some random street stall and I don’t even know what was in them but I want more.

Hello World, I'm Starting a Blog!

Okay so I finally started a blog! Been thinking about this for like forever and today I just went for it. Why? Well I got bored during winter break and thought hey why not have a little corner on the internet that’s totally mine?

I’m just a regular middle school kid who codes stuff (sometimes it even works!), punches things at boxing training, and tries not to fall asleep during math class. This blog is gonna be where I dump all my random thoughts – the cool little projects I’m building, my boxing journey (I swear I’m getting better!), funny stuff that happens at school, or just whatever pops into my head.
